Delete your iNardi account

You can ask us to delete your account and all the data linked to it at any time.

How to ask

Open iNardi and tap your picture at the top left to see your profile. Note your player name, for example "Guest 4821".
Email us from any address with the subject Delete my account and your player name.

Include your player name. If several players share it, we may ask for a detail only you would know, like your level or a board you own.

What gets deleted

Your player name and account
Coins, pearls, cases and every item you own
Level, achievements, statistics and leaderboard entries
Your friends list and pending invites

Records of past online games are kept without your name or account, so your opponents' history stays complete. Nothing in them can be linked back to you.

When

We delete everything within 30 days and email you when it's done. Deleting an account can't be undone, and coins, pearls and items can't be restored afterwards.
